If for any reason you are unhappy with your coffee please let us know ASAP.
Due to the nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. So in lieu of contributing further to our environmental problems and shipping it back to us, keep your bag and finish it if you so desire or toss it into your compost pile and give it back to the earth.
Then shoot me an email at email@example.com or call me at 828.407.0205 and I will personally ship you another roast of your choosing.
We like to call this our Give It Back Guarantee.
Coffee ships within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). All of our products are shipped USPS Priority Mail®. They typically arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped (US).
